Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Once your order has been dispatched and delivered to the address provided, you have a period of 48 hours to confirm receipt of the order and that it complies with what was paid at the end of your purchase process; Size, model and color. If we do not receive confirmation of the aforementioned points within the established period, it does not apply for a change of part in case the client so requires.
  • We do not refund money unless the customer receives a product in poor condition; Stained, torn or unstitched. As long as it is reported within 48 hours.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the order and proceed with the change.
  • In the event that there is any amount of difference due to the change of part, it must be done in advance.
  • The part you want to change must be in perfect condition, it cannot be delivered worn, damaged, washed or altered and they must contain the original labels.
  • In order for the return to be effective, you must meet all the requirements set forth above.
  • The amount credited is not transferable and is valid for 180 days. Your credit must be used in full on your new order.
  • Colors and sizes may vary due to photographic lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as refundable defects.
  • Returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or defects, if the item is not in original condition we will not issue CREDIT NOTE.
  • The pieces in OFFERS do not apply for exchanges or returns.
