The satisfaction of our customers is our main objective, for this reason we will always try to make your experience with the brand a pleasant one and that when you formalize an order through our website you can receive it as quickly as possible wherever you are. . However, when we least need things to appear in slow motion, everything goes to extremes and that's how they happen. That is why here below we place some valuable information that we need to keep in mind when making your purchase on our website.
- We offer home deliveries to the address that the customer supplies us. The delivery time is 24-48 hours in the National District and 72-96 hours in the interior of the country once the corresponding payment has been received.
- For the interior of the country we are not responsible for delays in transport services.
- Shipping costs for the National District vary depending on the area. Before finalizing your purchase process, the cost of the same will be detailed by area.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct. We are not responsible for last minute changes in the address where your order would be delivered. If this happens, the period given for shipments in the DN or within the country enters again.
- For orders destined for the interior of the country made on Saturdays and Sundays, the period of 72-96 hours becomes effective as of next Monday.
- The client will have the option of including an additional person authorized to receive the shipment, their identity and contact card will be requested.
- The delivery of the package will be pre-notified to the customer via email or WhatsApp. The client or authorized person must present their identity card that matches the order being delivered and sign the document indicated at the time of delivery to confirm it.
- After having made their purchase online, the customer will have the option of withdrawing their order directly to our showroom in Evaristo Morales, National District, Dominican Republic. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time, they will always be posted on this page and available for review.
